I haven't really spent much time reading newspapers in high school and I probably won't subscribe to one but what is the best one to read online? I want to get smarter!!!!!

I would say The Wall Street Journal. The Economist is good but it's not a newspaper, it's a magazine (same goes for Time, Newsweek, US News, etc.).

I would suggest any of times, economist or newsweek. Thses are smart reads that cover daily issues worldwide caused by globalization etc.

The essentials are pretty much covered so ill just say that the Reader's Digest is an excellent read. Try to read a couple of magazines and newspapers and see which one best serves your taste.
Wall Street Journal or New York Times. They have slightly different political viewpoints. Also while these aren't newspapers, The Economist, Time, US News, etc. are good publications.
