I need to add an extracurricular to my schedule this year to improve my college applications, but I really don't have enough time. I'm already invested in a bunch of extracurriculars like concert Band and Key Club, and I'm taking harder classes this year. What can I do?

It sounds like you're already challenging yourself quit ea bit. You are taking difficult classes and are already in two major clubs. Band takes up a lot of time as can Key Club so you should just focus on those two and do a great job of being an active member. Don't kill yourself trying to do too much because you'll just spread yourself thin and not do a good job in school or in your extracurriculars.
All of us teenagers waste a lot of time on silly social networking sites. My cousin who is in college showed me this cool thing you can install that blocks all the sites you waste time on. It's called LeechBlock and you can get it at https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/4476. You can specify which sites you want to block so I've blocked Facebook, Myspace, and Youtube. There you go - I just saved you 5 hours per week that you can add another club in!
Seriously, why are you complaining? If you want it badly enough, you will make the time. There are 168 hours in a week. You don't need more than 6 hours of sleep per night. You don't need to waste time on Myspace. Just focus on school for a few years and kick butt!
It does sound like your doing enough, IF those activities are 2 that you really really enjoy and would continue in some way in college. Try rating them on a scale of 1 to 10 on things like worth the time, enjoyability, etc. See if you can cut back an hour or so from each per week to add something else like a job or a volunteer activity. Keep in mind that schools like passion and consitancy in activites, don't just do things to do them! Make them count and love them! Good luck!
