While this is not at all related to PrepMe's work, I'll take a shot at this answer and just cite my experience as a member of the female gender for experience. Girls are a lot less complicated than guys think. It's pretty easy to tell if she likes you based on these following things:
1) She makes time for you. Does she always answer your calls? When you post on her facebook wall, does she respond quickly? Does she always seem to be available when you ask her out? If she is, then she obviously likes you. If a girl doesn't like you, she won't make an effort to hang out with you. You hang out with a friend when you have the time, you make time for a boyfriend.
2) If she laughs at your stupid jokes, she probably likes you
3) Does she dress up to see you? It takes effort to look good...so if she made the effort, then she probably cares.
4) Have you been grilled by her friends? If you have been grilled about everything aspect of your being by one of her good friends, then that's a good sign she's into you. She's probably just venting you with a buddy to check that you're okay.
