If you are interested in becoming a member of the PrepMe team, as a writer, salesperson, or curriculum developer, please read below for a listing of our current openings.

Due to the rapidly increasing demand for our products and our belief in continually updating and improving our courses, we are always looking for course writers. We look for people with very high scores who are good writers and effective teachers. Please e-mail CEO Karan Goel at karan@prepme.com with all of your standardized test scores, a resume, and a short statement of interest or a cover letter. Minimum required scores to become a course writer:

SAT Reasoning Test - 2290 or above composite
(please note that you must have taken the SAT in the new format meaning you must have taken it after February 2005)
ACT - 35 or higher

We are also now hiring writers for the following tests:

GMAT - 780 or higher
LSAT - 175 or higher
MCAT - 40 or higher (with no lower than 12 on any section)

To become a PrepMe tutor, you should have some prior experience with tutoring in an academic subject field in English, should have strong communication skills, and have scored a 1560 (composite) or higher on the old SAT or 2260 or higher on the new SAT. ACT tutors should have a 34 or higher composite score. Prior to becoming certified as a PrepMe tutor, you must undergo 30 hours of training, retake the SAT or ACT annually, and attend our quarterly best practices workshops. We currently only recruit tutors from Stanford or the University of Chicago. If you are a recent graduate (no more than two years since you completed your undergraduate) of a top 10 school residing in the Chicago or San Francisco Metro Area, you can send us a resume and we will consider your application.
